Ruben Uriarte is the State Director for Northern California MUFON, the Mutual UFO Network, as well as the Deputy Director for MUFON's International Investigations. He's also a member of the Mars Society. We talk with Ruben about the search for life on Mars, and, of course, about investigating UFO sightings.
